Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga

This restful, calming class includes breathing through gentle flowing movements and passive and supported poses. This is class is perfect for those beginning or returning to yoga as well as those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. Appropriate for all levels.

 

Meridian Qigong

Discover Meridian Qigong, a gentle practice enhancing wellness, immunity, and mood through the activation of Meridians - vital energy pathways. Movement, breath and intent are used to direct Qi energy, clear blocks, strengthen the body, promote emotional stability and physical health. Enjoy the Qi flow and feel good benefits from this class as you feel connected to your inner power, inner calm connected to your flow as you relax into the present moment.

 

NIA

NIA is a joyful, holistic movement practice that blends dance, martial arts, and mindfulness for a full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, NIA combines rhythmic movement, stretching, and breathwork to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Set to uplifting music, each session encourages self-expression, stress relief, and a deep mind-body connection.   This class is low impact and suitable for all levels of fitness.

 

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props that gently ease you into opening the energy over an extended period of time making it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. Restorative yoga provides healing for the body and mind. It is appropriate for beginners, those with injuries, special needs and/or trauma. Please come restore and renew with us.

 

Slowga (Slow Flow Yoga)

Slow down, breathe deeply, and gently move your body in this calming yoga class. Slow-ga guides you through simple, mindful yoga poses at a relaxed pace, helping you stretch, unwind, and build comfort in your body. Perfect for beginners or anyone who prefers a gentle approach, this class promotes stress relief, flexibility, and a deeper sense of peace. Strength, Stretch & Stability Yoga

Strength, Stretch, & Stability Yoga class uniquely integrates a chair as a prop and hand weights to augment your yoga practice. The chair offers support for postures, enhancing balance and stability, while hand weights add a layer of resistance, promoting strength. With the inclusion of stretching sequences, this class provides a balanced workout for increased strength, improved flexibility, and reinforced stability in a mindful setting.

Yin & Yang Yoga

Yin & Yang Yoga is a unique class that synergistically blends Hatha and Yin Yoga for a full body workout that promotes strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Yin Yoga’s longer-held, propped poses target connective tissues and encourage mindfulness and mental balance while Hatha Yoga's dynamic postures lead to physical strength and enhanced circulation, embodying the active, energetic Yang principle. This class offers an experience of contrast and complementarity. Suitable for all levels.

 

Lunchtime Flow

Lunchtime Flow is an invigorating class tailored to relieve the stress of the week through a blend of gentle stretches, dynamic movements, and mindful breathing techniques. Yoga 101

Yoga Fundamentals

This inclusive yoga class is designed to make yoga accessible to students of all ages, body types, and skill levels. The focus is on foundational yoga poses and techniques that can help reduce pain and promote overall ease and comfort in the body. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics, this class provides a welcoming and supportive environment to deepen your practice. Yoga with Breathwork & Meditation

Rejuvenate body and mind in our Yoga with Breathwork & Meditation class, where traditional yoga poses (asana), breathwork techniques (pranayama), and guided meditation (dyana) leave you relaxed and centered. This class is suitable for all levels, but please ensure that you can comfortably transition from a seated position.

 

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a full-body class that blends mindful yoga with strength training. Using props like weights, bands, balls or the barre, you’ll build stability, mobility, and strength in a way that supports your everyday life. Each class is adaptable for all fitness levels and designed to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and confident in your body.
